What shipping method do you use?
All of our shipments for repairs are done through our 3PL team. Make sure you pack it with a cover or box.
How long does it take to get your repair items back?
Normally we take 3-4 days. Any urgency services kindly intimate us, so that we can align our dedicated person.
How often should I get my shoes refurbished?
It depends on the strength of the upper material, we can change the soles if the upper is good.
My shoes don't need repair but are scuffed, faded and dry. Can you help?
Yes, we can refurbish as a new one.
Why should I choose shoe repair over buying new shoes?
The bottom sole will last only for months but the upper will last more than a year.
My dog bit my shoes, can you do something.
Yes, we can remove the particular part of the shoe and replace it with the new same material. We can also do patch work as a designer shoe.
